Billing questions
When am I charged?
Hardware and your first month of service are charged when you order. After that, service renews monthly on the same date, charged to the card on file. You'll get an emailed receipt each time.
What counts as a "connected screen"?
Any player that has checked in to your account within the last 35 days, or the number of screens you've signed up for, whichever is higher. You can lower your plan from your account page.
Shipping and tax?
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, and free when you order 3 or more players or cards. Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) is added for PA addresses.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, at any time. Service continues until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
