This policy covers ghhtech.net and the services of GHH Tech, a Gravel Hill Holdings company, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

What we collect

• Account & order details: name, business, email, phone and shipping address.
• Payment: card details are entered into and stored by our payment processor, Stax. We receive only the card brand, last four digits and expiration date.
• Wi-Fi details you choose to give us at checkout, used only to set up your player and deleted once your order ships.
• Device data: players report status (online, temperature, network, a screenshot of the screen) so you can see their health.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, provide and bill for the service, send receipts and service notices, and provide support. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service: Stax (payments), Mailgun (email) and our shipping carriers.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account, or email hello@ghhtech.net to request a copy or deletion of your data.
