Terms of Service

These terms cover hardware purchased from and services provided by GHH Tech, a Gravel Hill Holdings company ("we", "us"), Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them.

1. Hardware

Players and SD cards become your property once paid for. Hardware carries a one-year limited warranty against defects. We repair or replace defective units at our option. The warranty does not cover damage from third-party power supplies, liquids, drops or modification. Unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the hardware price, less shipping.

2. Subscription services

GHH Signage is billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up, per connected screen (a player that checked in during the previous 35 days) or the plan minimum you chose, whichever is greater. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your card on file each month until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' email notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Service continues through the end of the paid period. We don't give partial-month refunds. If a payment fails and is not resolved after our retry attempts, we may suspend service until the balance is paid.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the content you display or play and must have the rights to use it. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. We store your uploads only to provide the service.

5. Music

Where a GHH Music plan includes a music license, that license covers playback through GHH Music players at your registered locations only. "Bring your own license" plans require you to hold all necessary public-performance licenses.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Players continue to show cached content during outages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
